Overview

Khao Yai National Park is one of the finest natural attractions in Thailand.

It contains a wide range of plant and animal life including elephants, bears, gibbons, deer, gaur, wild pigs, porcupines and civet cats.

Our 3-day tour Khao Yai Safari contains hiking, safari drives, a visit to a waterfall and a scenic viewpoint. A mix of wildlife watching and enjoying scenery.

Itinerary

Day 1 Khao Yai Safari - day 1

We pick you up from your hotel in Bangkok for the transfer to the accommodation near Khao Yai National Park. Late in the afternoon the journey begins. Visit volcanic caves and see more than a million bats swarming out to hunt for nightly food. Falcons try to seize the bats as food, an experience not to be missed. In the evening you can optionally visit the night market at Pak Chong. Overnight stay at Khao Yai Nature Life Resort, a nature resort that fits perfectly in the natural landscape of Khao Yai National Park.

Day 2 Khao Yai Safari - day 2

Today we'll drive deep into the mountains. Walk through refreshing and scenic landscapes of bizarre mountains where untouched jungle still exists. Follow elephant trails along mountain streams and see magnificent waterfalls where you can take a swim. Admire the large variety of orchids and the magnificent views from the cliff at 1270m altitude. Towards the end of the afternoon we'll go to the "salt licks", a place where the elephants gather in the evening. After that, back to your hotel where you'll arrive around 19:30h.

Day 3 Khao Yai Safari - day 3

After breakfast you check out of the hotel and end this wonderful nature experience. From the hotel in Khao Yai we will transfer you to your hotel or train station in Bangkok or Ayutthaya.
